Now you may wonder, what is the CE100 program? Read on!
The CE100 program is a pre-competitive innovation programme for companies that wish to identify and develop new circular activities. It brings together corporates, universities, cities and governments and hundreds of small companies like us. Under the umbrella of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the foundation that strives to accelerate the circular transition of our society as a whole, we will gather forces to solve the most complex problems of the circular economy transition.
How can we make the most of our proximate environment to design a circular neighbourhood?
How can we use 3D printing to automise repair processes and increase the lifespan of our products?
How can companies finance a circular business model?
How can we financially value a business that has a circular value chain?
These questions are just the tip of the iceberg. For a company, the transition to a circular business model is a very, very big task. We know we are quite far-ahead in the circular process, but we know there is always room for improvement, and we want to help other businesses to grow circular. The good news is that we are not the only ones wanting to share our knowledge about the circular economy. The CE100 program fosters an industry-wide multi-stakeholder collaboration. This collaborative effort will enable to implement circular solutions on a wider scale and more efficiently.
