Return information

• We accept returns within 14 days.
• Make sure the jeans are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and labels attached.
• If you want to exchange your MUD Jeans, write clearly which jeans you'd like in exchange.
• Please note that processing your return/exchange can take up to 10 working days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.  

Free shipping zone (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg & United Kingdom)

• Mark on the packing list which items you want to return/exchange and add the packing list to your return parcel.  
• If you live within our free shipping zone: email your order number to returnlabel@mudjeans.eu for a free return label. We only offer one free return label per order.    
• If you are returning your jeans for a second time the return is on your own expense and risk. Send back the parcel to the return address below by using a carrier of your choice. If you are requesting an exchange, the new shipment to you is on our expense.

Returning an old MUD Jeans
Sending your jeans back for recycling or vintage use? Great, use the same free return label and package.

1. Indicate -> Option B, ‘Option return old jeans’ if the jeans are worn out and ready for recycling. 
2. Indicate -> Option A, 'Vintage' if the quality is still good.

Sending jeans from another brand

1. Make sure the jeans are at least 96% cotton and indicate -> Option ‘B’ on the packing list.    

• Mark on the packing list which items you want to return/exchange and add the packing list to your return parcel.  
• The return is on your own expense and risk. Keep in mind we are not able to track your package. Please make sure you have a tracking number. Send the parcel to the return address below by using a carrier of your choice. If you are requesting an exchange, the new shipment to you is on our expense.
